Back on the Wagon --- Project BMI in full swing!

From 2011 to 2012, I lost 120 lbs. I was a big girl! My lowest weight achieved was 169.

However, 2012 was supposed to be about maintenance, but I moved out of my home into an apartment, didn't feel comfortable in my new place, [insert other excuses], and now I am up to 193.

This is very frustrating, so I am committed to making the weight loss journey public again, so I can be held accountable for my food intake as well as my exercise plan. I want to get down to 135 lbs, so I have 58 lbs to lose.

I am going to do P90X as well as walk at least one hour a day [accumulated time]. Being diabetic, I am going to forego the following bad foods: 

  • Soda, even diet --- only high quality H2O and milk
  • Bread, rice, and pasta --- unless rye bread or whole wheat items
  • Candy, sugars, sweet stuff
This is how I lost weight last time, but since the move, I haven't had the drive or commitment to continue, so here I go. First report, later tonight!
