Lack of Will Power?

Oops. Yesterday I did very well... until the drive home. I literally fast-tracked it to Rally's where I got a big Buford (less the bun) and chili cheese fries. A fat girl has her moments ok?! I kept telling myself at least I didn't eat the bun. And I foregone several fries.

I was of course very mad at myself this morning when the scale didn't budge, but I have to be more vigilant. If the scale had gone down, I admit, I would be more likely to repeat this offense!

So, today, I have done amazing!

Breakfast

  • 1 TBSP of coconut oil and 1,000 mg of Niacin (flush free) --- trying it based upon a recommendation by a Physicians' Assistant.
  • Protein Shake

Mid-morning Snack
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Piece of Provolone Cheese

Lunch
  • Veggie Burger with swiss, red onion, lettuce, tomato, and 5 pickle slices
  • 1 packet of mustard
  • 1 packet of mayo
  • 10 cherry tomatoes

Mid-afternoon Snack
  • 1 Tomato
  • Peanuts
Dinner
  • Undetermined, but I promise it won't be bad!
More to report tomorrow. I am expecting to attend a concert this evening, so the goal is some high quality aqua and a salad of some sort. If I get away with chicken or fish that is baked or grilled, I will also be pleased.
